● Reducing and removal of product inaccuracies, dust and background cleanup, creating composites when necessary, perspective adjustments of product, adjusting light/shadow/reflection and more.

● Conduct comprehensive checks on retouched images to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand.

● Work closely with associate creative directors, photographers and graphic designers to ensure final images align with creative objectives, etc.

● Create render composites when necessary. Other responsibilities as needed.

● Edit, retouch, and color correct all digital assets for publications, web, email, etc.

● Review images after retouching to identify any errors or additional work needed.

● Develop and train Photo Editors by offering constructive criticism and guidance.

● Organize, rename all assets for internal and external use.

● Approve all final image selections for social and web use.

● Create original textures, yarns, knits, weaves and prints based on seasonal design direction.

● Create design oriented sales tools such as catalogs, brochures, presentations, and other special projects.

● Establish and monitor the design process and calendar to ensure project deadlines.
